As was previously mentioned, I participated in a public 'pair of lectures' with Dr. Paul Nelson of the Discovery Institute in February 2007. The topic was: Intelligent Design as a Theory of Origins. I presented the argument against ID, and Dr. Nelson presented the arguments in favor of ID. The slides from my Powerpoint presentation are below. Each of the topics could only be touched on, because of the need to limit the lecture to 30 minutes... therefore the presentation below is just a brief introduction to these ideas.
