The Lukowitz Lab Plant Developmental Biology at UGA
The two main projects in the lab revolve around two groups of genes providing key functions in the patterning process. These genes were initially found in a large-scale hunt for mutations disrupting the normal pattern of cell division and expansion in the embryo.
