Image: We are happy to share that our graduate student endowment was renamed in honor of Shu-Mei Chang. It’s now known as the Shu-Mei Chang Graduate Student Endowment in Plant Biology. This endowment provides graduate student stipend support, and the name change is intended as a tribute to Shu-Mei’s deep commitment to the success of our grad students. In celebration of Shu-Mei's life and her many contributions to the Department, we invite you to join the PBIO family in making a contribution in Shu-Mei’s memory, helping to ensure that the values she championed continue to shape the future of our program.
